Subscription management criteria are defined transparently inside the platform:
Monthly Pro Plan ($24.99/mo): Subject to a 1-month zero-cost assessment trial, followed by a standard licensing rate of $24.99 per month for unlimited student management.
Pay-Per-Student Plan ($5.95/student): Instructors may opt to pay $5.95 per individual student added to the platform. The first 5 student additions are provided at zero cost. Once the 5-student limit is reached, a valid payment card must be on file to unlock further scheduling.
Stripe Secure Billing: All platform subscription fees are processed securely via Stripe. By entering your credit card information in our embedded checkout, you authorize automatic recurring charges based on your active pricing plan.
Cancellation & Plan Flexibility: All application licenses operate without long-term commitment contracts. Tenants maintain complete freedom to switch between pricing plans at any chosen interval, or cancel platform subscriptions entirely without termination penalty fees.
4. "Refer & Earn" Program
Instructors are encouraged to invite peers to the platform. If a referred instructor signs up using your unique referral link and subsequently upgrades to an active Pro subscription, you will be rewarded with a $100 fuel gift card. Aum Infonet Inc. reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud or self-referral.
5. Financial Independence & Liability
BookMyDrive.ca provides the tools for managing bookings and logging payments. You are entirely responsible for all tax filings and business licensing associated with your driving school. We do not process or transfer funds for the actual driving lessons. Aum Infonet Inc. is not liable for any disputes, cancellations, or incidents occurring during driving lessons booked through the platform. Instructors agree to indemnify Aum Infonet Inc. from any claims related to your business operations.
6. Termination
Aum Infonet Inc. reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with these terms.
